Shipping Policy
At Early Learning Centre KSA, we do our best to make sure your order reaches you quickly and in excellent condition. We know how exciting it is to receive your order, so we aim to make the delivery process smooth and straightforward.
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.
All deliveries are handled by our trusted courier partners.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- Major cities: 2–3 working days
- Remote areas: 5–8 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, product type, courier operations, public holidays, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
Delivery Charges
A flat delivery fee of SAR 25 applies to orders within Saudi Arabia.
Enjoy free delivery on orders over SAR 200.
Order Cut-Off and Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM will normally begin processing on the same working day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will normally be processed on the next working day.
We aim to prepare orders for dispatch within 24 hours on working days.
To help avoid delays, please make sure your full delivery address, phone number, and other contact information are entered correctly at checkout.
Outdoor, Large and Bulky Products
Some large or bulky products, including outdoor play equipment and ride-ons that require installation or special handling, may be dispatched directly from our warehouse.
These products may require additional delivery time depending on the product, destination, size, installation requirements, and courier arrangements.
Where a longer delivery time applies, this may also be indicated on the relevant product page.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives with an incorrect item or you believe an item is missing, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Please provide your order details and, where requested, clear photos of the items and packaging so that we can investigate and assist you.
Missed Delivery and Rescheduling
Our courier partner will normally contact you before delivery.
If you are unavailable at the scheduled delivery time, the courier may arrange another delivery attempt on the next available working day.
Additional delays may occur if the courier is unable to contact you or if the delivery address or contact details provided are incomplete or incorrect.
Delivery During Peak Periods
During peak shopping periods, promotional campaigns, public holidays, Ramadan, Eid, or other high-demand periods, delivery and order-processing times may be longer than usual.
We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible.
